My Eyes Have Seen The Beautiful King
Alyette Gray
This piece is a picture of God’s Glory resting on us. Declaring His name, Yahweh, and being consumed by Him. He is Healer and Deliverer. There is a desperation to see Him and Behold Him. When we come into His presence and into His house, He gives us Boldness, Strength and Sight. He comes to wash over us with His presence and His glory.
As the intercessors were warring during service and worship was going up as an incense, there was a lifting of resistance, then a blanket of His glory coming down to rest upon us. It was so beautiful seeing Him with unveiled faces.
The photograph is of a cathedral I took in France. The cathedrals took 100-150 years to be built. So those who started building them never saw their completion. It reminds me of all the prayers and intercession that have gone up before us. Those who have built, sown and dug wells in the past. We are standing in their prayers. Now we are building, sowing and digging those wells through prayer and worship. We are leaving a legacy for future generations to come and Behold Him. We are building altars of remembrance. I’m so thankful for His presence.
"And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into His likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit."
2 Corinthians 3:12-18
