Illuminate means to make something visible or bright, by shining a light on it; to light up.
Jesus is the Light of the World. In Genesis, God spoke light into the darkness. He brought order into chaos.
He is our light and our strength and we will not be afraid! He has brought light into our darkness. He is our light and our salvation. He wants us to remember that He will light up our path as we seek Him.
Remembrance, His goodness that has always carried me through. He has always broken into the darkness with His light. His word has always been a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.
He gives us this promise:
“I am the Light of the world. Whoever follows Me will never walk in darkness, but will have the Light of Life.”
